Inspect and document civil construction projects, ensuring compliance and coordination.

Tasks

-Maintenance of daily reporting of measurements, calculations and computation of quantities as well as written narratives of work completed -May handle and move items up to 50 lbs. for various needs. -Performance of daily observation and documentation of construction activities, including those of subcontractor activities -Ensuring conformance with contract documents -Maintaining redline drawings for conforming to construction record drawings -Traverse over rough terrain, and constantly position self to operate miscellaneous survey equipment. -Occasionally ascend/descend ladders into trenches or onto roofs when observing construction and land development sites.

-Adherence to company policies, including safety, public relations and employment -Clean driving record and valid driver's license -May be subject to exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions, hazardous materials and chemicals, heavy construction equipment, confined spaces, heights, and air and waterborne pathogens. -This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more -Excellent organization and communication skills
