Tasks

As an Aldecor Designer for workplace, you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients. -Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients -Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations -Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D) -Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing -Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets -Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice -Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept -Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards

What You Bring

Creative Design & Execution Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial) with 0-2 years experience -Ability to work independently or as part of a team -Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations. -Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment -Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and Enscape -Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs -Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly -Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture -0-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors) -Proven experience in workplace interior design -Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development -Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills -Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
