Helpdesk Administrator

Overview

Provide help desk support, manage CAFM system, and administrative duties for Skanska.

Tasks

-Monitor outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to keep CAFM up to date. -Provide administrative support across H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality, and Compliance functions. -Take reasonable care for your health and safety and that of others at work. -Manage access arrangements to Kent County Council buildings. -Generate accurate data for detailed monthly reports integrated into Skanska client reports. -Assist in producing monthly reports as required by General Manager. -Raise remedial jobs and maintain filing systems. -Manage the CAFM system (e.g., Concept) daily to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). -Run reports on outstanding reactive and remedial tasks. -Handle Helpdesk calls via Cisco phone system efficiently. -Liaise proactively with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers, and Building Users to ensure timely communication.
