Tasks

-Ensures all goals and objectives are met timely and effectively. Maintains appropriate staffing levels, use of overtime and meets productivity goals. Works to assure compliance with ongoing continuing education requirements for self and staff. -Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement. -Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction -Implement service level agreements for all Facilities Management Services -Work closely with the company senior management team to identify and implement innovations that -Manage customers' expectations through clear communication and transparent work attitude -Hires, trains, conduct performance evaluations, and direct the workflow for the staff. This position is also accountable for participating in the development and implementation of goals and objectives. -Financially evaluate the services provided and suggest ways for revenue generation -Implement regular formal meetings with your subordinates and supply chain to ensure they have a -Develops plans, prioritizes and directs overall department work assignments to site facilities managers and department staff members. Directs and oversees department personnel on departmental budgetary development, planning and management for budgetary control, cost projections, and feasibility for all related activities and projects. What You Bring

-authority to carry out their duties -Research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources, including people; -Strong management skills -Being able to work in stress full situations -Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to handle long and complex documents; -Excellent verbal and written communication in English essential -Strong numeracy and the ability to understand financial data; -Proven Leadership -5 - 10 Years' experience as FM Manager. -Organization and systematic thinking -Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree -Problem solver -are fully implemented, understood, and adhered to; -Persons under your control are competent, suitably trained, and have the necessary approval and -Interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills; -Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task at a time. -Experience in dealing with direct workforce.
