Tasks

-Provide guests with information about the venue, the venue’s services and relevant venue events. -Deal with guest enquiries. -Accompany guests to their event, room, reserved area or booth. -Welcome guests to our venues.

What You Bring

-Minimum of one years’ experience in a similar customer facing role. -Excellent organisational skills. -Excellent customer service skills.
