The Company

About City Facilities Management Australia

-It blends technical services—HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing—with in-house construction, grounds, cleaning, and 24/7 contact centre. -Its partnership model embeds its team into clients’ operations, making data-driven FM a strategic center rather than a cost line. -Alongside routine maintenance, it delivers fit-outs, energy optimisation tools, analytics insight, and complex projects like communication rooms. -An unusual fact: its commercial model shares savings—if it overspends it pays, but if it under-spends the benefits go to the client. -Backed by a global privately owned FM group with operations since 1985, leveraging deep experience and broad service reach.
