Tasks

-Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media. -Resolving resident issues or concerns -Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents -Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries -Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports -Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments

What You Bring

-Experience with high rise lease up preferred -Working knowledge of LRO is a plus -1 to 3 years’ experience in Community Management -Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) -Working during inclement weather is also necessary. -Knowledge of Yardi Software a plus -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Speaking Mandarin is a plus
