Tasks

-Coordinate and deliver monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic business planning documentation aligned with organizational objectives. -Perform variance analysis/account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards. -Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. -Prepare and maintain monthly accruals and detailed performance management reports to support accurate financial oversight and informed decision-making. -Support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of performance reporting and financial planning processes.

What You Bring

-A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, economics, or a related field. -Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant financial & analytical experience. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. -Strong interpersonal & influencing skills with proven success in business partnering outside of finance. -Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Tools in particular: Power Bi and Power Query, SAC Systems and/or other financial tools.

You will work out of our St. John’s office, located at 130 Kelsey Drive
