Rail operations planning including service plans, operating plans, fleet cycling and crewing
Developing the technical, commercial and soft skills of rail operations staff

Mentoring staff to develop future leaders, develop junior staff skillsets, and promote learning from successes and challenges within the rail operations team
Structuring of contract operation for urban rail and commuter/intercity passenger rail, including train operation, fleet maintenance and infrastructure maintenance.
Review/analysis of travel demand forecasts and their application to service planning/fleet requirements
Lead the overall rail operations planning, interdisciplinary coordination and documentation related to the ECWE project
Recruiting of new staff to meet the demands of the rail operations business
Modelling of rail operations including travel time, headway and network simulation
