Overview

Greets visitors, handles multi‑line phone system, directs calls, and supports office tasks.

Tasks

-Greet visitors/external customers to ensure that they are properly directed. -Provide backup to conference room scheduler on an as needed basis to ensure we don’t have double bookings. -Order business cards when needed to ensure accuracy and standardization of cards. -Update phone list periodically to ensure employee’s direct phone numbers are accurate and current. -Answer multi-line telephone system and transfer each call accordingly to ensure calls are properly directed to the right employee.

Requirements

• high school
• receptionist experience
• multi‑tasking
