Overview

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of power transmission projects.

Tasks

-Manage project implementation including project schedule, project budget and the project resources including external vendors and contractors -Serve as the primary project authority for assigned project personnel on major project-related issues -Lead the project planning process including initiation, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close out -Responsible for metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with regulatory, corporate and department procedures during all the phases of the project -Direct project team and lead the project management process

What You Bring

-Five (5) + years relevant project management experience -Bachelor’s degree and industry related experience from an accredited university required – engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline preferred -Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools -Experience in project management controls area -Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting -A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification -Five (5)+ years of project management experience -Experience of five (5) + years of professional experience in the construction, and/or electric power and communications industry -Relevant experience includes large-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience on large/complex projects
