Manage delivery of FM and M&E infrastructure projects in data centres

Tasks

-Liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) on the project requirements to explain feasibility of projects. -Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms. -Review all project information and implement a project delivery phase plan. -Work with the Project Team and Sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work across Data Centres.

What You Bring

-You will have held a Project Manager position in Data Centres, Banking Institutions, or other critical environments. -You will hold a degree in either Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent time-served experience). -You will have delivered FM and M&E critical infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
