Manage and grow aftermarket parts and service sales across Northern Europe.

Tasks

-Negotiate pricing and drive margin improvements in line with company objectives. -Gather and analyse market and competitor data to inform forecasts, annual plans, and product development. -Support sales and marketing initiatives, including the promotion of IoT solutions and “hard parts” sales, and assist with special projects as needed. -Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are fully supported, trained, and equipped to maximize sales and recurring revenue opportunities. -Resolve operational issues and represent the company at trade shows and in all business matters, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and its partners. -Identify and develop new business opportunities across the full product range, proactively managing the sales territory for optimal results.
