Overview
Manage billing, monitor receivables, and lead collection efforts for a manufacturing firm.

Tasks
-Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for services rendered and products sold. -Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable and collections. -Verify billing data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies. -Initiate and manage collection activities, including direct communication with customers to resolve overdue accounts. -Monitor accounts receivable aging reports; proactively follow up on outstanding balances. -Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile discrepancies and resolve customer payment inquiries. -Communicate with internal teams to ensure billing and collections data aligns with project and contract requirements. -Escalate delinquent accounts appropriately and assist in setting up payment arrangements when needed. -Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company billing and collections policies.

What You Bring
-Strong experience with A/R systems, collection tracking tools, and data entry. -Manufacturing background preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client engagement. -2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections. -Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Proven ability to manage collection calls and emails professionally and effectively. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
