  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve workflows

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization
  • Develop KPIs, track performance, and report progress to leadership
  • Lead lean manufacturing and CI strategies across 5+ plants

A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence across its Pittsburgh-area facility and multiple plants. This role requires a strategic leader with strong Six Sigma expertise who can build best practices, train teams, and deliver measurable results.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Required
  • Proven success implementing plant-wide CI strategies with measurable results
  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred)
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Lean/CI leadership
