Use data-driven analysis (DMAIC, root cause, SPC) to solve problems
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve workflows
Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization
Develop KPIs, track performance, and report progress to leadership
Lead lean manufacturing and CI strategies across 5+ plants
Manage CI budget and capital projects
Mentor, coach, and train cross-functional teams in Lean and Six Sigma tools

A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence across its Pittsburgh-area facility and multiple plants. This role requires a strategic leader with strong Six Sigma expertise who can build best practices, train teams, and deliver measurable results.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Required
Proven success implementing plant-wide CI strategies with measurable results
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred)
5–10 years of progressive experience in Lean/CI leadership
