-Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations in a commercial building environment -Prepare and submit operational reports as required -Foster a culture of hospitality and responsiveness to tenant needs -Oversee payroll processes using ADP and Blueforce -Communicate effectively with building management and C-suite personnel -Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing accuracy -Support budget planning and cost control initiatives -Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism -Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
