Serve as the primary client interface for the practice in respective market, building and maintaining strong connections.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify and pursue opportunities.
Engage from initial marketing stages through construction completion.
In conjunction with the Project Delivery Leader and Project Manager(s), evaluate studio efficiency and effectiveness in terms of staff, business, and financial operations.
Develop and implement strategic market plans in collaboration with the Practice Leader to enhance brand presence and market share.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, internal/external clients, and industry influencers.
In conjunction with the Project Delivery Leader and Project Manager(s), monitor staffing, utilization, and growth across the studio.
Partner with studio and office leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Additional relevant certifications indicating additional expertise such as for construction administration, interior design, LEED/Green Globes/sustainability, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) and licensed to practice
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
At least ten years of combined internship and professional experience, including managing teams and projects
Experience with Newforma Project Center and/or Newforma Project Analyzer
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Highly organized, quick to learn, attentive to detail, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Expertise in design, project management, estimating needs and budgets, and delivering projects on time
Proven experience in a leadership role within the industrial design sector.
Leadership experience on projects that have won design awards
Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with Adobe software, and strong knowledge of building technology
