Tasks

-Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Support month-end processing and reporting as required -Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statements -Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail -Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related enquiries

What You Bring

-Proficiency in accounting software such as Timberline, TimberScan, or similar systems -Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys -Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance position -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
