Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized to maximize productivity.
Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, including safety concerns, technical problems, or personnel conflicts.
Ensure construction activities are conducted in compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.
Monitor and maintain quality control on all aspects of the construction process.
Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, and workforce attendance.
Coordinate daily construction tasks, track project progress, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to direct work on-site.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
