Tasks
Position Highlights: Responsible for assisting New Home Advisors in optimizing new home sales and the customer experience in assigned communities while gaining the knowledge and experience necessary to potentially promote into a full New Home Advisor position. -Assists New Home Advisors to ensure visitors are accompanied through sales office, models, and inventory homes, and questions are appropriately answered. -Assists New Home Advisors with all administrative aspects of the sales office including, but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, pre-qualifying customers, preparing purchase and sale contracts, filing, handling reservations, preparing escrow documentation, distributing buyer notices, event planning, coordinating maintenance of sales office/center and opening/closing the sales office/center and model homes. -Provides brochures, maps, mortgage information, price sheets, and any other information required. -Attends all sales meetings and trainings as required. -Provides information about the community, builder/Company, brand, and individual homes, emphasizing key selling messages and the unique customer value proposition. -Enters information into the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (at least daily), documents daily traffic and assists New Home Advisors with reports and information summaries to management. -May require occasional driving of customers from the sales office to community lots. -Greets and engages visitors to establish relationships and assists New Home Advisors to determine visitor needs and customer preferences, utilizing the Company’s selling philosophy and training materials. -Stays abreast of all community and product knowledge required to answer customer questions. -Provides timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.

Click here to see what our employees have to say: Great Place to Work Certified Company -Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $24.04 to $28.85 per hour, equivalent to $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. -Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus.
