-Report on pipeline health and provide forecasts and insights to leadership. -Negotiate contracts and close to target, consistently. -Watch market signals and competitors to uncover growth opportunities. -Guide homeowners and small businesses through on-site, face-to-face consultations. -Run load/BTU calculations and translate findings into clear solution options. -Coordinate handoffs with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and delighted clients. -Network at industry events and trade shows to expand your reach. -Perform precise measurements, capture photos, and produce design plans for proper heating and cooling. -Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect needs to outcomes.
