Tasks

Under the guidance of the Roll Form Supervisor, the Production Operator conducts the daily operations of the Roll Form Department. -Equipment Operation:Efficiently operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the production of high-quality products. -Special Projects:Assist in implementing model programs, safety rules, and standard operating procedures, and carry out special projects as directed by management. -Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively in a team environment, maintain consistent attendance, and develop good working relationships within and across departments. -Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety rules, model programs, and procedures, promoting safety among crew members and maintaining a clean work environment. -Production Tasks:Perform packaging, operate and setup roll forming mills, presses packaging robots, palletizers and maintain housekeeping duties while ensuring high-quality production.

What You Bring

-Ability to work flexible hours and shifts and adapt to changing business conditions. -High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. -Previous experience in a manufacturing environment can be an advantage. -Experience setting up and effectively operating a highly automated roll forming and metal punching line -A track record of positive safety behaviors, attendance, attitude and work performance with a passion for learning new skills. -Proficient mechanical understanding and the ability to follow technical instructions. -Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring safety and quality in all aspects while effectively communicating with team members.
