The Role

Overview

Full-cycle recruiter sourcing and hiring talent for flooring & construction roles.

Tasks

-Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates. -Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS). -Support onboarding and pre-employment processes. -Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer processes. -Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. -Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection. -Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions. -Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. -Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws. -Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales representatives.

What You Bring

-Recruiting experience in multiple states in the United States -Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) -Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times. -Minimum 3 years’ recruiting experience, ideally in flooring, construction, or sales environments -Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy. -Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively. -High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products -Prior Experience with Paylocity is a plus -Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc…) -Able to multi-task and manage multiple processes in different stages of completion -Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word. -Proactive problem-solving ability. -Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
