Overview
Operate and maintain machinery in ceiling grid department, ensuring quality and safety.

Tasks
-Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of product or material. -Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required. -Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. -work near moving mechanical parts. -Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel. -Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. -Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing product at established production standards. -Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. -measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges. -Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications meet quality standards while maintaining established production standards. Notifies appropriate personnel of issues. -Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and Safety Manual. -Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures. -Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You Bring
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift. -Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the designated department. -Familiarity with running, troubleshooting and operating CNC machines. -Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment required. -Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift. -High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience. -Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape -Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions. -Familiarity with industrial saw equipment is preferred. -Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment or parts and -Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.
