Tasks

-Oversee and coordinate activities of project teams, subcontractors, and consultants -Analyze project performance and provide regular reports to senior management -Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple mixed-use construction projects -Mentor and develop project team members to enhance overall capabilities -Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets -Drive innovation and sustainable construction practices in project execution -Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies -Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community representatives -Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards -Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout project lifecycles

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices -PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required -In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills -Ability to make decisive decisions in high-pressure situations -Expertise in budget management, risk management, and contract administration -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred -Proficiency in project management software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) -Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects -Proven experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia -Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable -Experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
