Tasks

-Lead Projects: Manage CMT and Special Inspection projects including coordination, execution, and client communication. -Mentor & Supervise: Provide guidance and leadership to technicians and junior engineers while ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. -Represent S&ME: Participate in professional organizations and build relationships in the engineering and construction community (e.g., ASCE, AGC, ACEC). -Develop Proposals: Review and generate cost estimates and proposals that align with project specifications and codes (including IBC). -Manage Documentation: Use Metafield® and other systems to manage project records and report testing results.

What You Bring

-You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspections -You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license -You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or a similar Engineering field -(Plus: Knowledge of local codes, field data systems, or experience with Metafield® is a bonus) -You have a track record of success in technical and business writing -You have strong skills in math, verbal, and written communication in English
