Tasks
Position Highlights: Responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining digital content across social media platforms, websites, and campaign channels. Produces copy, graphics, and short-form video while supporting localized content needs and influencer activations. Also manages stock photography purchases, uploads, and tagging within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and assists with coordinating photo and video shoots. Leverages AI solutions for content generation, localization, asset resizing, SEO tagging, and automated reporting to increase efficiency and creative output. -Purchase stock photography, upload assets to the DAM, and ensure accurate tagging for easy retrieval. -Assist with coordination of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and asset delivery. -Automate metadata tagging, SEO recommendations, and campaign reporting. -Automate monthly reporting with AI-driven insights -Maintain content calendars and manage digital asset libraries. -Execute daily social media posting, channel-specific content, content engagement, and influencer campaign contributions. -Produce digital content including copy, graphics, video, and campaign collateral -Support trend research, creative ideation, and experimentation with new content formats -Support localized content needs across divisions to ensure alignment with national strategies. -Assist in campaign landing page development and collateral updates. -Generate creative variations and test formats to optimize performance -Use AI tools for image editing, video resizing, and accessibility compliance.

This policy applies uniformly to roles where sponsorship cannot be accommodated to ensure consistency and fairness in our hiring process. -Knowledge of video production and editing for short-form content -Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools, including AI tools -Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day -Experience with digital asset management -Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work) -Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and localized needs -Proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms -Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and localized needs -3 or more years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or marketing -Creative thinking and problem-solving skills -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. -Leverage AI for translation, tone adjustment, and content localization. -Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings -Familiarity with SEO principles and metadata tagging -Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously -Visual acuity for detailed computer work -Excellent copywriting and editing skills

Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document. -Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $36.06 to $45.67 per hour, equivalent to $75,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset.
