Tasks
-Lead engineering tasks and manage project delivery including budgets, deadlines, and client communications. -Support the preparation of bids and proposals for local and international opportunities. -Represent Arup at client meetings, industry events, and potentially lead workshops or knowledgesharing sessions. -Deliver technical consulting projects across power systems studies, grid connection modelling, renewable energy development, and substation design. -Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to junior team members and support their professional development.

What You Bring
-Proven experience in relevant software, power systems, and knowledge of industry regulations and standards. -A degree in electrical engineering with 6–10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in renewables or utilities. -Ability to work independently and flexibly across a wide range of projects and technologies. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
