Tasks

-In-Home Sales Estimating -Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' heating and cooling needs. -Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. -Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. -Engage with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide tailored solutions. -Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on current HVAC technologies, warranties, and energy-efficient solutions. -Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. -Build strong rapport and trust with homeowners through professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge. -Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. -Utilize CRM or company tools to log customer interactions and track sales pipeline activity. -Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and close sales efficiently. -Follow up on all leads and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. -Present and explain available HVAC solutions, financing options, and product features.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to close sales through consultative and relationship-based selling. -5 YEARS A/C Service Experience -Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Prior Sales Experience a must -Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. -Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and comfort solutions. -Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC sales or related in-home sales experience (preferred). -HVAC Comfort Advisor
