The Role
Overview
Manage crane contracts, risk coordination, and workflow support for equipment solutions.

Tasks
-Interpret on rent and forecast reports -Update and change, as needed, Task Code and Off-Rent date with input from project teams (customers) -Coordinate with estimating to support development of future crane schedules. -Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels -Populate crane contracts and agreements for manager review and execution. -Process and track crane requests from Mortenson’s operating groups and projects. -Serve as a resource for other Equipment Specialists on workflow, forecasting, billing, and related crane systems. -Coordinate with Mortenson’s Risk Management and Legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance. -Produce internal crane agreements and provide documentation support to project teams. -Facilitate forecast review meetings the project teams and trade partners -Execute contract workflow routing from request through signatures and handoff to Equipment Solutions Specialists and project teams. -Maintain and update databases for crane requests, contracts, change orders, and Master Service Agreements with vendors. -Participate in equipment facility safety program, including environmental surveys and responsibility for Mortenson's Zero Injury policy -Ensure all records are organized, accurate, and accessible for leadership and project teams.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills -Strong organization and planning skills -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills -Ability to assess and prioritize multiple customer needs -Working knowledge of purchasing/rental processes and procedures -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant contract administration, paralegal and/or equipment management experience, or a minimum of 4+ years of similar experience. -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Active listening skills and effective communication -Ability to influence -Superior attention to detail and accuracy
