This role is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and optimizing large-scale network infrastructure across all corporate, data center, and athletic locations. The Senior Network Engineer will serve as both a technical leader and trusted advisor — supporting innovation, developing network standards and best practices, and ensuring optimal network performance to deliver a seamless experience for the organization and its members.

  • Develop operational standards, documentation, and processes for network engineering and operations.
  • Design, build, and support technology solutions aligned with enterprise network strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor network usage, analyze performance trends, and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent technical implementations and support practices.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining network security guidelines, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, HIPAA).
  • Stay current with emerging network technologies and assess their relevance to organizational goals.
  • Recommend design solutions that balance redundancy, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and SD-WAN technologies.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls in multi-site deployments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a senior or lead network engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN architectures, routing, switching, and network security.
  • 4+ years of experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE 2.x).
  • Proven ability to lead network projects from concept to completion.
  • 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering complex network environments.
