This role is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and optimizing large-scale network infrastructure across all corporate, data center, and athletic locations. The Senior Network Engineer will serve as both a technical leader and trusted advisor — supporting innovation, developing network standards and best practices, and ensuring optimal network performance to deliver a seamless experience for the organization and its members.

Develop operational standards, documentation, and processes for network engineering and operations.
Design, build, and support technology solutions aligned with enterprise network strategies and business objectives.
Monitor network usage, analyze performance trends, and recommend proactive solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent technical implementations and support practices.
Assist in creating and maintaining network security guidelines, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, HIPAA).
Stay current with emerging network technologies and assess their relevance to organizational goals.
Recommend design solutions that balance redundancy, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
