Tasks
-Be self-independent and lease with international teams to gather the equipment needed -Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer -Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained -Planning, coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in UK, Germany and other Europe countries -Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved -Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out -Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars -Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives -Drive sales through bits and BHA optimizations -Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support -Held in presence customer daily drilling meeting

What You Bring
-Demonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimization -Have the ability to manage multiple project and deadlines -Have a Proven experience in Drill bits -Have a Bachelors’ degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience -Deep knowledge and understanding of rig operations -Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems. -Drill bits technical knowledge and optimization trough analytical analysis -Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams -Have knowledge of the Drill Bits industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers in the area is a plus
