Tasks
-Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline). -Writing functional and technical documentation. -Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. -Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. -Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting. -Implement the software development life cycle for all project steps and phases, and provide technical support during each phase. -Develop project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. -Assist in facilitating project execution and resolution between business and development teams. -Define, implement, and manage all associated processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation deliverables.

What You Bring
-Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio). -With reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). -Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization, whether through employment or internship, is desirable. -Cloud Infrastructure – GCP/AWS -Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely. -Verbal and written communication skills -Interpersonal and customer service skills -Experience in: -Basic experience/knowledge is preferred in some of the following: -Organizational skills and attention to detail -Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa) -With Agile Project Management and Scrum Teams. -Current Junior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 2 years (preferred) -With agile methodologies. -Basic quantitative and analytical skills. -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. -Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or similar field (preferred) -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -With Software Development Life Cycle.
