The Role

Overview

Plan, deliver, and manage compliance and safety training for Hinkley Point C workforce.

Tasks

-Delivery of training to new starts joining the MEH Alliance, including inductions and behavioural safety training. -Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Providing metrics and reporting to stakeholders as required -Liaise with MEH JV partner organisations on training activity and resources. -Working with the Learning & Development and Health & Safety teams to plan, prepare and deliver a range of training to contribute towards ensuring the MEH Alliance workforce remain compliant. -Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. -The design and development of specific project related training as required. -Tracking and recording of training completion information, with support of the wider L&D team. -Delivery of a range of H&S specific related training, awareness and briefings to blue collar workers and apprentices. -Assist with development and implementation of eLearning courses. -Participation in train the trainer activity and CPD.

What You Bring

-Ability to gain a security clearance. -A recognised teaching qualification or previous experience of delivering workplace training. -Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word. -Experience of working in the Engineering Construction industry would be desirable. -Attendance and contribution to relevant HPC training working groups.
