-Follow up on inquiries for customer issue resolution and product design; process escalations when needed -Answer calls and handle email inquiries; providing courteous, timely, and effective customer service -Comply with company attendance standards -Process and support customers’ inquiries related to their dedicated market -Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer’s requests in an effective manner -Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales. -Inform customers of the status of their orders, advising them of any changes

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment -1+ years Customer Service in an office environment -Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferred -Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication -Detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task -Comfortable user of Microsoft Excel
