Lead technical staff, training, QA/QC and project delivery for NY/NJ area.

Tasks
-Oversee and ensure implementation of quality, standards, and best practices. -Be responsible to the Area Manager to develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of area staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers. -Provide leadership to assigned business class leaders, including the cross-sector leaders. -Serve as a champion for BGX opportunities. -Participate in Area strategic planning and plan implementation. -Collaborate with Area operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders. -Lead and monitor development and training of area staff in technical and business competencies. -Monitor project QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers. -Work with AM to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with Area, corporate policy and MOA. -Lead the Area mentoring initiative. -Lead and participate in project reviews and support project teams with management of claims and losses. -Lead and monitor activities for continuous improvement including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned. -Oversee workload balancing and ensure qualified staffing of project teams. Lead quality assurance efforts to implement QA/QC Program activities striving for continuous improvement. -Oversee technical and digital delivery evolution, in collaboration with subject matter experts. -Support communication and coordination within all business groups. -Works cooperatively with operations managers, technical staff and marketing managers on professional services-related efforts -Support area activities related to hiring and retaining key staff.

What You Bring
-MS in relevant Engineering fields (Civil, Structures, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental) preferred. -A minimum 15 years' of experience -Local candidates are preferred. -Experienced in management and development of diverse teams -Professional Engineering License (PE) strongly preferred. -Bachelors degree in a related field -Maintains professional or engineering registration and has extensive related technical expertise
