Perform more advanced Roadway and Highway geometric design tasks. Including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies.
Model projects in MicroStation using the latest software (OpenRoads)
Prepare construction documents and cost estimates.
Attend and assist in client/contractor/stakeholder meetings to gain a better understanding of client’s goals, depending on experience
Prepare engineering reports and technical studies such as design memos, feasibility studies, Concept Design Reports, Design Exception Reports, and Preliminary Engineering Reports

EIT or PE Certification
A minimum of 3 years of Transportation experience in roadway design.
Ability to create and interpret sketches, drawings, and various exhibits.
Experience with MicroStation is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite.
Proficiency in MicroStation
Bachelor of Science in Engineering with an emphasis in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
