Tasks

-Uses computerized databases in the execution of legal research assignments. -Prepares preliminary drafts or briefs, arguments, contracts, affidavits, and various legal documents as directed; maintains related document files and legal correspondence. -Conducts studies, interview witnesses, and prepare witnesses to testify. -When accepted as a member of the California Bar, represent the Company before courts, commissioners, boards, hearing officers, and public agencies under the guidance and supervision of an experienced attorney. -Conducts legal research on assigned points of procedural and substantive law.
