The Role

Overview

Set up and manage safe traffic work zones outdoors, controlling flow and ensuring safety.

Tasks

-Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities. -Providing outstanding service and protection to customers -Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices. -Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment -Control traffic flow. -Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging. -Communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe. -Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe. -Set up safe work zones with proper equipment. -Controlling traffic flow

What You Bring

-Valid AZ Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines -Must be able to read and write English -Familiarity with a client-based schedule -2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate -Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic. -Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator -TMA Driver -Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. -Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day -TCS Certification Preferred -Valid state driver's license -Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots -Good Communication skills. -Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.
