Tasks

-Supervise and develop a payroll team of three, fostering accuracy and accountability. -Manage weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles for multiple entities. -Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions and new system integrations. -Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local wage/tax regulations. -Optimize Paylocity (or similar system) to improve efficiency and automation. -Partner with Finance and HR on reconciliations, audits, and reporting. -Lead payroll operations across multiple states and Canada - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
