-Work closely with senior planners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic, high-quality outcomes -Engage with clients and local authorities, building your confidence and professional network. -Assist with policy reviews and client advice, gaining hands-on experience across the full planning lifecycle -Support planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

What You Bring
-Degree in Town Planning or related field; working towards MRTPI. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Exposure to London property consultancy is a plus. -Small enough to be agile, big enough to make an impact -1–2 years’ experience in planning (consultancy, developer, or local authority).
