Tasks

-Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and software licenses. -Provide service desk help in troubleshooting and resolving network issues. -Document and improve internal procedures. -Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service desk. -Audit network connectivity across multiple locations and making sure documentation is correct. -Utilize training to learn new technologies and techniques that can be used in the organization to improve customer service and satisfaction. -Utilize advanced knowledge on identifying potential company issues based on tickets or system alerts to create policies and processes on how to remediate and be proactive with the issues. -Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. -Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local and remote networks. -Document ticket resolution for tickets assigned in the service desk. -Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
