Assistant Branch Manager

Tasks

-Help implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets. Monitor performance metrics and support the team in achieving commercial goals. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment. -Assist with stock control, ensuring product availability for both retail and business customers. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. -Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized. -Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. -Assist with office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks as required. -Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their business requirements. -Assist in training, motivating, and supervising staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. -Good understanding of sales strategies and commercial customer needs. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management. -Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. -A college degree in Business, Management, or a related field a plus. -Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc. -Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
