Overview
Manage construction billing and accounts receivable, handling invoicing and tax

Tasks
-A team player who will assist throughout the accounting department -Facilitate and complete billing paperwork (lien releases, stored materials paperwork, etc.) -Drive collaborative results for Accounting, Project Management, and General Contractors/Owners; Support the frontline business operations & be the voice of internal and external customers. -Responsible for coordinating with Project Management to ensure that all Customer Billings are recorded accurately in the accounting system and sent timely to customers. -Provide variance commentary on Actuals vs. Estimated billings -Prepare monthly Sales Tax Returns and submit returns through state portals -Coordinate on monthly billing revisions and offer collections support

If you meet our criteria and are looking for a challenging career, please apply. -Moderate to Advanced Excel knowledge and ability to work efficiently with Siteline, a new cloud-based billing software. -Fast learner with hands on training (less procedural) -Open to learning a CMIC, a new ERP system, which will go live in 2026 -Comfortable with processing a high value of entries in the Accounting system. Examples include entering schedule of values, change orders, etc. -Bachelor's Degree -Accuracy and organization with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks - attention to detail -Strong written and oral communication -Confident in working through high volumes in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrated ability to manage to deadlines -Range of experience: 2+ years working in accounting. Construction Experience is a plus.
