Principle Digital Transformation Analyst

Lead digital transformation for nuclear fleet, rewriting processes and coordinating with IT.

Tasks

-Collaborate with the IT department to provide business requirements for new technology implementation. -Support fleet rollout strategy for the digital processes and products. -Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. -Define new indicators, dashboards, top management tracking of process undergoing digital transformation. -Responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned roles in support of the overall product roadmap and vision established by the Nuclear Business Lead for digital transformation and assigned program/platform areas. -Support deployment planning and activities with vendor and IT Project Managers to complete project activities. -Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties -Conduct rewrite of all processes to support digital transformation within the nuclear fleet. -Engage with nuclear users and leaders to promote new initiatives, while collecting business requirements and feedback.

-Nuclear work management experience -Experience in project management and implementation -Experience with process change initiative -Experience with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes -Familiarity with technology, innovation and start-up culture -Bachelor's degree and 8-years of related experience OR -High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience -Experience in various functional areas within the Constellation Nuclear Fleet -Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR -Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR
