Tasks

As a site leader, you will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer goals, specifications, and budgets. You will also mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting best practices in safety, testing, and installation. -Interpret and revise electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings. -Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs for automatic transfer applications. -Mentor team members on safe work practices and technical procedures. -Perform system startup and commissioning based on Sequence of Operations (SOO). -Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) based on project requirements. -Collaborate with internal engineers and customer stakeholders to meet project goals. -Deliver clear and concise technical reports and documentation. -Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and modernization of PCA systems. -Configure and test protection relays and control systems. -Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.

This position will be posted until filled. -Strong leadership and project coordination skills. -Willingness to travel extensively (40-60%). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Experience with electrical testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. -Ability to interpret engineering documents, codes, and standards. -Proven expertise in PLC programming, relay configuration, and system commissioning. -BSEE preferred but not required. -Strong understanding of electrical power systems and control logic. -High attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Maintain high technical proficiency across all Consulting Services PCA offerings. -Familiarity with switchgear automation and electrical distribution systems. -Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -5-10 years of hands-on field experience in electrical systems, protection, and controls. -Comfortable working in dynamic field environments. -Excellent communication and customer relationship management.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
