-Collaborate with the team through meetings and syncs to align on independent and shared machine learning initiatives -Design, build, and experiment with software — exploring new technologies, gaining insights, and sharing your findings with the team -Research cutting-edge advancements by reviewing academic papers and analyzing competitive software to inform your work -Tell the story behind the data — translate insights from machine learning models into clear, actionable recommendations -Work closely with a dedicated mentor to navigate our tech stack, define your project scope, and explore Autodesk’s culture and ecosystem

What You Bring
-AWS Sagemaker, Flink, Raylab, ComitML -Exposure to e-commerce recommender systems and personalization technologies -Experience applying Reinforcement Learning techniques within recommender systems -Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow -Strong project management and communication skills -Academic focus in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning or a closely related field -Knowledge of the manufacturing and design or architecture and construction industries -Proven ability to collaborate across teams and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments -Currently enrolled full-time in a PhD program with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027
