Tasks

Design and implement information systems that meet organizational needs. Analyze and document business requirements, evaluating system performance, and recommending improvements. Assist in system testing and troubleshooting. -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Stay up to date with technology trends to ensure systems are efficient and modern. -Collaborate with development and operations teams for system implementation. -Develop system documentation, including flow diagrams, process models, and technical specifications. -Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. -Design IT solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Analyze business requirements. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Translate business needs into technical specifications. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Provide support during system deployment and user training. -Modify existing systems or implement new ones as needed. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Ensure solutions align with technical architecture. -Recommend solutions to resolve system issues. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
