Tasks

-Perform workplace audits and value stream mapping. -Facilitate kaizen events and other lean initiatives such as 5S, one-piece flow, standardized work, Kanban. -Report on project progress to process owners and other appropriate leadership levels at regular intervals. -Support, comply and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and regulations, as well as other company policies and procedures -Lead project teams to deliver project safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. -Support the business in establishing “best practices” -Provide training and coaching for project sponsors, leaders and teammates on Lean leadership.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated track record in process improvement, conflict resolution, process design and change management. -Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree. -Minimum of 3 years of experience with proven experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a production environment. -Six Sigma experience preferred -Utilize knowledge of value stream mapping; project management; data collection and analysis; and development and implementation of process improvements to drive change. -Equivalent combination of education and experience
