- B.S., B.A., M.S., in a field of Science such as Environmental Science, Marine Science, Biology, Ecology, or other related natural science. Typical incumbent has at least 20 years' experience.
- Desire and ability to lead business development efforts, develop and maintain client relationships, as well as lead and deliver work.
- Travel will be required, but infrequent (~10%)
- Project management experience for environmental projects such as execution and preparation of scope of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Position requires driving a company vehicle; incumbent must have valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, technical writing, computer and communication skills required.
